System Integration Consultancy

Departments use different systems and work together with vendors and other organizations that also use other systems. Would it not be useful to integrate these systems, so that business processes are automated and manual work on data knocking becomes redundant? We like to think about such systems integration solutions pragmatically with you.

The thinking starts with an inventory of the current IT architecture, the security and of course the AVG resistance. With an Agile approach we outline the desired it landscape. Integration development is short of iterative, to ensure that current events are taken into account. If desired, we add incremental additional functional requirements. The continued refineling and perfecting of projects are inherent in today's rapid developments.

Agile Consulting in Systemintegration

By listening carefully and asking the right questions, we perform an integration scan. This results in a report. The design of the current and the desired it landscape is visualised in the report. The visualization provides the tools to make the right choices and therefore provides guidance for further sustainability of the IT architecture.

Phase 1 Reporting provides insight into the system integration issue. We think pragmatically with you and design a solution that meets your needs in a short and iterative way. Optionally, an evaluation plan can be written at this stage. In which the proceeds of the integration solution (s) are made measurable in time, money and energy and can be evaluated in Phase 4.

During the construction of the solution, we supervise the process through our (senior) expertise and we offer the necessary (extra) hands

In this (optional) phase, we monitor, manage and evaluate the systems and business processes. To maintain a sustainable IT landscape, we continually monitor both the technical and the functional processes and at the same time continue to work on the additional requirements.
